This community cares about you, and not just your physical transformation. Take advantage of what you will find here at T.com because you won't find it easily anywhere else. As Bill has said, there will never be a perfect time to start taking care of yourself, so in spite of it all now is your time. If I can help in anyway please let me know. I will be thinking of and praying for you and your girls. God can do amazing things, and so can you. Your in the right place to find out exactly what your made of. I'm active duty military and have been for the past 21 years. I'm also a single parent of 2 wonderful girls. This year has been very difficult for us because my youngest daughter has been diagnosed with a blood disease and major depression with psychotic features. You most likely can't imagine the turmoil that this has caused in our small family. Now besides living my life for the military I am very passionate about blood diseases and mental illness.

My youngest daughter. She struggles with so much, is constantly in pain, and has gained a lot of weight as a result of her depression and medications. I want her to be able to live a full and happy life despite the roadblocks she has to overcome.
