I'm a granddaughter, daughter, sister, niece, cousin, aunt, wife and mom. I'm happily married to an amazing man. I'm proud of my 3 great kids, one in college, one in high school and my youngest in kindergarten.

...becoming the person I aspire to be while making healthy living a habit. Transformation would include adding more movement to my life while nourishing my body with natural foods. My transformation will help me to become more active, it will continue to keep me healthy which will ultimately allow me to do more for others. Becoming comfortable in my own skin will be one of the many rewards of a successful transformation.

My goals for 2010 are to lose approximately 40 pounds, give up fast food, transform my kitchen into a healthy place, make working out a habit and to finish my first marathon in Denver.
