A family that prays and supports one another, stays together Ben! And family like is what we are all like on Transformation. A main reason why I like this site so much is because not only is Bill running the show “my favorite fitness guy”, but I needed to feel that family like emotional connection online. My name is Ben, I am 23 years old, and located in Bathurst (New South Wales, Australia).

My Favorite Charity

To me, Transformation Means

In my opinion, transformation means taking an aspect of your life (whether it be your body, relationships, etc.) that you are unsatisfied with and making positive changes that coincide with your goals.

My current transformation progress:



My Goals

Daily goals include committing to my exercise and nutrition plans, as well as keeping detailed logs of each. Weekly goals include monitoring my progress using various measurements and progress pictures.

By the end of the "be the change" challenge, my goal is to be under 10% body fat and weighing approximately 185 pounds. My ultimate (long term) goal is to maintain (or be under) 10% body fat whilst bulking to 210 pounds.

My Intentions

To be a better brother, friend, son, and person in general.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

Anyone who is unhappy with their situation in life and has not yet realised the positive benefits that come from improving their body (and mind) through intense exercise and good nutrition.
