I just wanted to let you know that reading your page helped me find the courage to post my pictures. Every journey does indeed start with that first step and unless I put that first foot out the door, I'll never get anywhere. Great job on the 83 pounds already lost. I know what a great accomplishment that is.

You've taken the first step and that is the hardest. Putting yourself out there as you've done takes an incredible amount of courage so even if you don't feel proud of yourself, know that you have done an amazing thing. Thank you for being willing to be so vulnerable. It's something I am struggling with in this fantastic community. Good for you!

YOU DID IT!!! This was absolutely the hardest part of this whole transformation for me was putting the photo out there for all to see. But once it's done, you realize that as of that moment you are NO LONGER that peson because you have already began the CHANGE! I remember that after the shock wore off (HA), I felt so much freedom. Like I really did let go of that person, I admitted yes I have a problem but I'm really ready to change. I'm so proud of you!!!
