Day 3 done
Ok, just tracking progress here but had a decent day!
20 minutes Arc Trainer
1 hour of reformer pilates
Nutrition:
Peaches, coffee, tea, chicken/wraps/grilled chx sandwich/ plain chx b/f bed
Feeling a difference already and feeling great.
Looking forward to pilates/cardio tomorrow!

Feeling a difference in 3 days imagine 18 weeks! :) I know what you mean, though. After my very first weight lifting night I came home, threw the bag on the floor with ooomph and proclaimed to my husband, "I am RIPPED." lol ;) It just feels good doing something positive and healthy! Keep that momentum going and expect the best from yourself ~~ Janelle
