Just finish watching the Marathon again and still get very emotional. I'm hoping with training my core and leaning out while I'm getting stronger I'm hoping to run & walk the Denver Marathon. I'm going to give it a shot. =)

Are there any tickets left??? I will be in the US after all to see my grandma and my sister is up for a road trip!!!!!!! I hope I hope I hope there are a couple left.

I am signing up for a 1/2 marathon in Dallas on March 14th. It is the Rock N' Roll and it is for breast cancer. I would really like to know when this one will be so that I can sign up for it too. What an inspirational video. I really want to do this. Maybe I can actually do the whole marathon by the time this happens. Does someone know the dates in Dallas? I would really love to know. Thanks Bill for all you do and everyone else who is such an inspiration.

Thank you Bill. I was so inspired by the Denver event that I immediately went to the Make-a-Wish Foundation office in Greenwood Village and met with the volunteer coordinator (Becky) and am now an official Make-a-Wish Foundation volunteer. In 6 months I will have a chance to be a wish grantor which is my goal (along with running the 1/2 marathon in Denver with all of you next year)!!! Thanks again - Renee

This is so wonderful and I am so moved. Reading Dusty's comment reminded me of where I was a year ago with depression and falling back into feeling so bad like I had in the past. I was also reminded of all that I put my kids through with the effects of greif and addiction. I lost myself and I lost my family and I thought I was losing my daughter. That Denver Event was a Celebration of Healing, Forgivenes, Letting Go and Putting in the Work & Faith. It was a Rite of Passage into a New LIfe. Thank you God and Thank all of you, Rhonda

5 short years ago I was unbelievably overweight and very very unhealthy. I could not walk up a flight of stairs without stopping, I wore a snug size 56 pants and 4X shirts. I had killed my life with food and was just sitting around waiting for death to take me. My Diabetes was out of control and I spent many days at doctors offices and in hospitals....Death did not come, and I could not figure out why... I just suffered. When I see this video and see my life now, I cannot help but cry over the years I spent living a rotten, selfish life that thought little of other people and was void of joy and happiness. In all reality I should be dead by now but God had a plan for me...It was a grand plan that included meeting Bill Phillips and grab his incredible vision of changing the world. My heart is so full of compassion for those who are struggling with living life. I desire nothing more than living a life that assists others who are giving up on living. If there is one thing I can tell you from all of my years of living. Life REALLY is worth living. And it is worth living to it's full potential. Living a normal life is mostly easy, living the life that God wants you to live, that exceptional, full potential life requires sweat, positive thinking, helping others and learning to receive the love of others. My life has been saved and changed. I ran a 1/2 marathon with a smile on my face the whole way. I got to help grant kids a wish and put my unhealthy, selfish old life to an end...I still have to pinch myself and keep telling myself it really happened!! Thank you God, thank you Bill and thank you community. I love you all...

Incredible video! What struck me the most was watching the wonderful release of emotion at the finish line. There was so much anxiety prior to the race. Getting to be a part of people’s lives and their overcoming mental roadblocks and seeing realization that they can overcome, was truly the highlight of this experience for me. Thank you Bill and thank you all that challenged yourself. You certainly inspired me!

WOW!!!!!!! Bill I just can’t say it the way my heart feels it. I’ll try! I don’t know if you are familiar with what a sun dance is, it is a very sacred dance that the native Americans do to sacrifice them selves and give back in just a very significant, meaningful way, they fast, and pray for 4 days straight while dancing around a cotton wood tree everything has it’s own meaning and purpose that happens while they do this they have visions and pray for there family, animals, and people. well my husband has done this for our creator, family, and for our earth, I prayed the last time we went that I to could do a sun dance someday that I might be able to be so unselfish and give my all to the well being of this would and bill you have helped me achieve that prayer. Denver was and is my Sundance I ran into a new light realm and the creator was there waiting for me I could not run with anyone I had to be on my own because of what god was doing in me I forever will live my life in a totally new way it’s not only blessed me, the make-a-wish-kids and my family but has change my life in a totally new direction of service, I thank you and I wish you the very best your sister in transformation Karla Moses

I am so thankful to have felt so much family like love, and positive energy while in Denver. I feel so good about getting a child's wish granted. One of the greatest gifts you have given me Mr. Phillips is the chance to come to Colorado and meet the Make a Wish children. I didn't realize the power of a wish. Bill, never in a million years did I dream that we would be doing a 1/2 Marathon! It was the most incredible experience! Dallas is the next goal and then I can't wait to see what the next state will be. I think there may be a marathon in Seattle in June. Want to think about visiting the Pacific Northwest?
