To me, Transformation Means

My name says it all. Bittersweet means producing or expressing a mixture of pain and pleasure. Success means an event that accomplishes its intended purpose. During my transformation I understand there will be pain (physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually), but the pleasure of being the best I can be, will be SWEET. I will be a success!!!

My Goals

Lead my children, family and friends by example in all aspects of my life --especially my physical well being.

My Intentions

To have the ability to run up my stairs and beat my 9-year old to his bedroom without cheating and pulling him down :-). To play volleyball against my 12-year old daughter's team and not feel physically worn the next 3 days.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

Everyone I know and meet.
