Well.... I have been having writers block for awhile now. But today I watched Bills video on this site. He was talking about Transformation, and also about how when he ran his last business. it was not required but highly encouraged to get in the gym and be an example!...

crazy!

DUDE THIS IS CRAZY! I WENT TO THE GYM YESTERDAY! AND there was a man in th gym, in Trinty texas.....we made eye contact and then I started doing a set. He walks up to me and says......'' hi im David, you dont have anything against preacher...

To me, Transformation Means

To transform ones body, mind and spirit. To set daily goals and complete them everyday. To become a better person inside and out

My Goals

Well first of all my main goal is to stay sober and do continue building a relationship with my higher power. In doing that i will be able to be of more help to others and to offer advise on any problems that they have. To continue to live sober one day at a time. I will become more and more living this alturistic movement!

My Intentions

My intentions on this site are to help people , whatever age they may be, with drug and alcohol problems. To point them in the right direction. Because u can not truely transform your self untill u start working on those problems. So for anyone who reads my blogs about addiction and can relate.....please dont be a stranger...I am here to point you in the right direction

Who I'd Like to Inspire

Anyone who has a drug or alcohol problem and needs help. I can also relate to people who are obese and want to do something about there health! I was a very obese and unhappy person. But I find that when I set daily goals and strive only for progress not perfection, well , then we have a start on a new life which is vastly more then losing weight. It is a new freedom and happiness that all should have the chance to enjopy. IF ANYONE NEEDS HELP WITH AN ISSUE , PLEASE WRITE ME..
