Please Pray for my family...

Hi, this is Brandon's wife, Jamie.  Unfortunately, I have to let everyone know that Brandon passed away, very unexpectedly on 11-18-11.  It's a long story, but it was completely unexpected and has hit our family extremely hard. He was such an amazing man, father, husband, friend, son &...

Losers and Winners

Got up bright and early this morning and pulled a book down and read for awhile. I never read, but since starting back toward a life of spiritual and physical health I've been thinking that I need to read this book that my wife bought a few years back. It's called "Losers and Wi

Rest peacefully in God's loving embrace Brandon. You live on in this world in the hearts and minds of all who knew you and loved you. Your strength now becomes Jamie's strength as she raises your Son to be a man you would be so very proud of.

Hello Brandon, How are you? How is that baby? How is your family? How are you? I know it has been a while since I dropped by but Transformation was heavy on my heart today and I wanted to drop by to say first “Hello” and I also wanted to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I hope that you are still doing well on your transformation journey. If you have fallen off the wagon, I want to encourage you to dust yourself off and get back up. Life does get hectic and I know things happen. I know all about life happening but wanted to get back to what is important to me….and that is this transformation journey. I have still been doing it on the side but definitely need my support from my friends here at t.com. So on a final note…wishing you a great day and a remaining week. =) Hugs. Trisha

I just wanted to stop by and let you know I was thinking about you and your family. Hoping that all is well. Take care Brandon. =) Always your friend, Trisha

Hello Stranger....how are you doing? I need an update...how is your wife doing and the baby? Hope everything is going great. I started my new Transformation challenge yesterday. I am so excited to be back at the challenge...and a challenge it has been, as I re-read the book, I know that Bill said there were times that were tough...and I guess that is why it is called a "challenge". My life has been crazy since taking the job back in October and it has taken time to adjust but I know that with out a doubt my life was more complete when I was focusing on the challenge, as part of the community and it was changing me inside. I know the things I learned were "priceless" and it has never been forgotten. I am back to progress to the next chapter in my life. I am back to keep transforming...to make this the year, I conquer this!! Hope you have an amazing week!! Hugs =) Trisha

Hey, it was nice meeting you. It sounds like we have a lot in common with our transformation. Hit me up sometime and I hope you got all that snow shoveled :)

Hi Brandon - we met in chat! I am so proud of you and know that you can make it through the superbowl without alcohol. I know our house will be full of food and booze but after the wake up call yesterday (hub was in the ER with a possible heart attack) I am more than determined that ever to rock this challenge. Best wishes friend.

Aloha Brandon, How are you today? In reference to what you asked about me.. I always try to take advice but I am very cautious with accepting the advice being given. The reason for that is along with what is being said there is a need for validity to be behind what the individual is stating. That is why I follow what Bill Phillips has shown us on how to Transform ourselves from the inside out. I believe in the positive information he has shared along with the training he's received & mastered over the course of his life's travels around the world. In a quest for health, fitness along with a spiritual aspect of transforming ones physical being he is and has been very uplifting and beneficial to us. This is why I enjoy hearing him speak about health and fitness. You take care and have an awesome weekend. I'm in the same boat as you and always I am searching for ways on how to TRANSFORM.... Life isn't perfect as we know it. But... It is progressive. Oh and by the way Brandon is my eldest son's name. Total KOOL!!! LOL!!! Taker EZ, Aaron:)

Congratulations Brandon! I saw your post-20 days clean. That is huge brother. We have a Group called ARTT for people with the same problem with alcohol. Take a look http://www.transformation.com/groups/Alcohol-Recovery-thru-Transformation/814

Finally "getting it".

My Intentions

To lose weight, and find energy. To find a way to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and balance for years to come.
