Well... I got up early to do abs and core.  Going to do an upper body workout today at lunch.  Heading to the big crazy gym for that one, the one near work.  People aren't as nice at that one, but it gets the job done.  MEALS are like this: m1 - egg beaters, pep

It’s so hard to explain What I’m feeling But I guess it’s ok Cause I’ll keep believing There’s something deep inside Something that’s calling It’s calling you and I It’s taking us up high Healing, a simple act of kindness brings such meaning A smile can change a life let’s start believing And feeling, let’s start healing Heal and you will be healed Break every border Give and you will receive It’s Nature’s order There is a hidden force Pulling us closer It’s pulling you and I It’s pulling us up high Healing, a simple act of kindness brings such meaning A Smile can change a life let’s start believing And feeling, let’s start healing Hearts in the hand of another heart and in God’s hand are all hearts An eye takes care of another eye and from God’s eye nothing hides Seek only to give and you’ll receive So, heal and you wïll be healed

(Two Friends) A certain person came to the Friend's door and knocked. "Who's there?" "It's me." The Friend answered, "Go away. There is no place for raw meat at this table." The individual went wandering for a year. Nothing but the fire of separation can change hypocrisy and ego. The person returned completely cooked, walked up and down in front of the Friend's house, gently knocked. "Who is it?" "You." "Please come in, my self, there is no place in this house for two. The doubled end of the thread is not what goes through the eye of the needle. It's a single-pointed, fined-down, thread end, not a big ego-beast with baggage." From Essential Rumi By Coleman Barks

Holy Cheetos, Bacon and Gatorade!!! We weren't t.com friends. That's just silly. LOL ... because of that I'll need you to jump on the Transformation Mastery Group site and send a request to join. Let's get ready to banish all Cheetos.

I Am

... a fortysomething guy living in Houston. I started off here trying to figure out where my life should go, because I felt like I had been stuck in one mode for too long. I came to Transformation in December of 2008, and actively began the program in January of 2009. I only wanted an exercise program to help me start the New Year off well, and to keep my weight down while I quit smoking. I got all of that and a whole lot more. I met so many new friends, got to say THANK YOU to Bill in person, and changed my whole outlook on life and health. This journey is as inspiring as BODY FOR LIFE was about a decade ago, even more. I love the people here! It's a wonderful site and program, and I am still here!

My Favorite Charity

Make A Wish and St. Jude's... really too many to name!

To me, Transformation Means

... taking yourself, your surroundings, and making the changes to become the best you possible. It's a journey that doesn't end, because there's always that next hurdle or level. I'm hardly done, and I can't wait to see what is next!

My Goals

- I would like to be lean and muscular. If I can get to a point where I can not wear a shirt when I run then I will be very proud. I am always too critical of my body, and I have to find how to fix that. I could say the answer is lowering my bodfat or adding lean mass, but we all know that most of that comes from the inside.
- Find success at work! I really need to set goals, define what I need to do, and go from there. I struggle to find success where I need it most, and so I am going to apply what I have learned here there.
- Lift more! :-) I'm always looking to increase the weights.
- Be more genuine, inspire more people, and find ways to help everywhere I go.

My Intentions

... are to become the best me I can be...

Who I'd Like to Inspire

my partner, my friends, and ... myself.
