I Am
... a thirtysomething guy living in Houston. I started off here trying to figure out where my life should go, because I felt like I had been stuck in one mode for too long. I came to Transformation in December of 2008. I only wanted an exercise program to help me start the New Year off well, and to keep my weight down while I quit smoking. I got all of that and a whole lot more. I met so many new friends, got to say THANK YOU to Bill in person, and changed my whole outlook on life and health. This journey is as inspiring as BODY FOR LIFE was about a decade ago, even more. I love the people here! It's a wonderful site and program.

To me, Transformation Means
... taking yourself, your surroundings, and making the changes to become the best you possible. It's a journey that doesn't end, because there's always that next hurdle or level. I'm hardly done, and I can't wait to see what is next!
My Goals
Still defining for the first Challenge of 2010:
- Become a lean machine! I've been hovering at the same bodyfat for about a year now, and I need to drop that down.
- Find success at work! I really need to set goals, define what I need to do, and go from there.
- Lift more! :-)
- Be more genuine, inspire more people, and find ways to help everywhere I go.
