I Am
I am a follower of Christ, married, and a father to four wonderful children and two very young grandkids who are the greatest. As of July 19th 2008, I am no longer living a sedentary lifestyle. Being part of transformation has helped me regain my motivation and my health. Just about everyone I come into contact with is seeing a difference in my attitude towards life and healthy living. I enjoy encouraging and uplifting those in need of help. I am happy to be here!!! I am happy to serve!!!

I truly want to be healthy and happy and I want those around me to feel the same. I want to share what I know. I know I am saved by the Lord (Romans 10:9) and I know the Lord has answered my prayers leading me to Trainsformation.com as a tool for me to use to regain my health and wellness. I also know I want to grow in my walk with the Lord. I do not want to have fear or be selfish. I want to serve. I know that when you give yourself in helping others and focusing on them, not yourself, you not only richly bless their lives but you yourself have a comfort and peace come over you that can only come from the Lord. There is always hope today for a better tomorrow.
