Hi Candie, I was just thinking of you and thought I should let you know... I hope you are feeling great. You seem to have lots of people dropping into your site to give you some love which means you must be doing some great work. Life is great here on the island...summer is coming to an end but it has been wonderful...lots of swimming etc. I just finished my first triathlon in 10 years and love it. I Am

I am a 35-year-old mother of two who is looking to change this out of shape, out of energy and unhealthy body of mine. I care so much about my family that I want to be there for them. I do not want illness or injury to hinder my life anymore. I have been in denial for so long about my unhealthy habits and now I am ready to take them on and beat them. Changing every aspect of my life is icing on the cake. Did I say cake?

To me, Transformation Means

Forgiving myself and losing myself in the work that will change my life forever. Changing the way I think and feel about myself. Staring at my success every day and believing this will benefit everyone in my life, not just me. Making myself the person I know I can be!

My Goals

I want to forget about all the self-doubt, the unhealthy eating habits that plagued me through boredom, depression, anxiety, stress, kids, celebrations and defeats. I want a healthy outlook on every aspect of my life (my body, my soul, my mind and my heart). I want to surprise even myself in knowing I can do this.

My Intentions

My twin sister and I are doing this challenge together - AGAIN. Christine challenges me to do things I would never otherwise believe I could do. She is truly an inspiration to me. We have grown up cheering each other on and supporting each other, and even competing against each other. It's so much more fun taking on a challenge when I know she is right by my side, even though she lives 1000 miles away.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

My family, my friends and most of all, myself. I Can Do This! I Will Do This!
