I Am
Carolynn, a 46 year old mother of 3. My son is 22 (he gave me a beautiful daughter in law last year!), and my girlies are 14 &11. I am married to a great guy that I adore. I believe our destiny is what we make of it. If we let adversity effect us negatively and give up, we will fail in all we do. If we make the decision to use it and turn it into energy for positive goals, we will prevail. We need to take all that is bad and transform it into good. Our life is ours and will & can be what we decide to make of it.

To me, Transformation Means
Transformation to me means that you take all that you are unhappy with about yourself and transform it into something good. I think the most important transformation begins from within. We have to recognize what needs to be changed and for what reasons. It has to be done for us and not for anyone else. If you try to transform to make someone else happy, you will never make a true transformation. I think someone who becomes an inspiration to others by taking what they have done and helping to lead by being an example, and helping other people into transforming themselves and making their lives better is someone who has made a true transformation.
My Goals
My physical goals:
This year I have some hefty physical goals. I've been working so hard this past year on my growth on the inside and my spiritual connection, I have not pushed forward so much on the physical. I did train for and run in the Denver half marathon in October and finished in 2:48:14. This was an amazing accomplishment for me that I am truly proud of. What I was more proud of was that I earned my pledges for the Make-a-Wish Foundation!
Dallas 1/2 Marathon in 2:30 hours.
Denver 1/2 Marathon in under 2 hours. I would be thrilled with 1:59:59!!! We are entertaining the idea of running the full marathon in Denver.
I want to lose 35-40 lbs. of Body Fat
To be under 20% BF
My overall goal is to be able to be happy & healthy in my own skin. I don't want to ever have another day overrun with depression. I want to be able to wake up in the morning and be able to deal with whatever life dishes out.I want to be in the best physical shape of my life and hopefully inspire others around me to change all that is negative in their lives to positive. Hopefully creating an environment of very positive, true and happy people around me.
My Intentions
To help as many as I can to walk this Transformation journey.

Holy crap! We fly to Dallas on Thursday! Chris works till 5 so we don' even hop on a plane until 7 which puts into Dallas about 11:30 pm with the lovely time changes. I hope all is well with you guys and the rest of the fam!! I can't wait to see you again!! Hugs n kisses ~Jenn
