Thanks for reminding me about gratitude. It usually does help turn things around in my experience, but for some reason it wasn't that day. Oh well, things are going better now. Hope you're doing well, too! :) ~Jenn

Carrie I know how hard it is to say no to family and good food. I went shopping with my Mom this weekend and we pass so many restaurants at the mall and on the roads but I had committed to a juice fast this weekend and I was not going to waiver in my resolve even though my Mom kept trying to buy me food. Her heart is in the right place but I have goals. Christmas falls on my free day so I know I am going to have a ball. I don't worry about what I eat on my free day. I have almost lost 20lbs since starting. I am so happy that you are not letting what happened this weekend derail you and cause you to lose focus. I just say, oh well and keep moving forward because consistency is the key and I know you will be successful. Best Wishes Amy

Way to overcome the restaurant temptation this past weekend! It's not easy, and I'm proud of you. :) Also, great job making a plan for the remainder of the year. Can't stick to a plan if you don't have one, right? Keep going strong! ~Jenn

Hey Carrie! I've never tried yoga before. I've always been about just lifting weights and the only cardio I did was hitting the punching bag. I've got to change my mindset and workout routine. I'll definitely give this a try. I'll Google it and see if I can do some of it at my house. Thanks. I'll see you in the group. It looks like you're rocking this, keep it up! Doyle
