Transformation is the act of looking at oneself with honesty, making changes to encourage daily improvement and spiritual renewal, letting go of expectations and sharing it with others. And then doing it over and over and over again.

Wishing you joy on this day. I am grateful our paths intertwined. Happy Thanksgiving. Love, Micky
HAPPY THANKSGIVING Cathy!!! It's been waaaayyyyy too long - LOL!!! Let's catch up! Hope your day is full of health - healthy food, healthy family and healthy fun!!! Sure do love you :) Deb
It’s so hard to explain What I’m feeling But I guess it’s ok Cause I’ll keep believing There’s something deep inside Something that’s calling It’s calling you and I It’s taking us up high Healing, a simple act of kindness brings such meaning A smile can change a life let’s start believing And feeling, let’s start healing Heal and you will be healed Break every border Give and you will receive It’s Nature’s order There is a hidden force Pulling us closer It’s pulling you and I It’s pulling us up high Healing, a simple act of kindness brings such meaning A Smile can change a life let’s start believing And feeling, let’s start healing Hearts in the hand of another heart and in God’s hand are all hearts An eye takes care of another eye and from God’s eye nothing hides Seek only to give and you’ll receive So, heal and you wïll be healed

Hi Cathy! Let's keep choosing to LIVE.....LOVE.....FORGIVE......AND NEVER GIVE UP!! Hugs, Peggy
I was thinking about what you shared in your blog about your precious father's great strengths...'joy and appreciation in everything he did and service to community'. The written expressions you share about and your journey reveal that he not only passed on these wonderful traits to his daughter, but that you also continue to carry forward the torch of his hope. Have a beautiful week Cathy and may you keep enjoying the peace that is in your heart, because in your joy his spirit lives! Cheers~Tara
CATHY - give Kora a hug for me! First communion's are a big deal. Did you have fun??? What did you end up doing??? Love, Deb

Hi Cathy, So sorry I missed you yesterday on SHOUT OUTS!! :0/ I seem to miss someone everytime, but I'm trying!! Just wanted you to know that I am praying for you as your heart heals. So proud of your" stick with it" attitude and checking in with the group. I'll be gone for a few weeks....caribbean cruise for our 25th!! Hugs, Peggy
Cathy - When my dad passed away, I remember feeling angry, hurt and disturbed when I would hear people laughing. It seemed like such an injustice to me that people could actually feel humourous about anything when I was feeling so much pain and so lost. Your post this evening reminded me how wierd it can feel to conform to everyday life when one's world has been so completely rocked. My heart is with you, Cathy as I know that the adjustment period is difficult at best. And, for the record, I too have sincere moments when I wonder if I would be better suited for a more austre lifestyle. I do think life in a monestary would indeed have its perks! You have my love, my heart and my prayers, sweetie. Peace be with you, always - Susan - x0x0x0x0x
Cathy-just read your post....so proud of you for pushing through it!!!! Have a great day!!! Eric
