Today

I'm Baaaack...

OKAY!!!! I am back. This morning is ubwo and I am starting a new way of eating. It is still strict EFL (which I have pretty much stuck with)...I am going to call it an evolved eating style, combining the raw vegetables and cooked lean animal products. What a difference

Snow daze

Don't try this at home...or the truth about the scale

3 weeks ago I realized that I was only eating 900 calories a day.  I also got a really bad backache and quit working out.   2 weeks ago I increased the number of calories I eat by 500.  I counted my calories daily and the lowest I went over the 2 weeks was 1390 a day.  I thought I was going to weigh myself today and be 6 lbs heavier.  I am not.  I lost .6 lbs.  At first I was excited...then I realized that ...

Monday

I have doubled the number of calories I am eating and now I am feeling F-A-T.  I am remaining optimistic and trusting the process.  20 times a day I am very tempted to stop.  This is one of the scarier things I have ever done.  It is probably good that my back hurts and I can't work out because I would surely be working out double to keep from feeling F-A-T.  The thing is the more I weigh...the worse my back feels.  ...
