Last week of HHC

Miguel - Great job getting in over 5 workouts per week and keeping your eating healthy and light. Your liver is probably doing a big happy dance these days at all the nice things you're giving it!!! Love, Deb
Miguel, Thank you for sharing your journey. I was glad to hear you on the conf call last night. Please be patient and "Keep At It". You are taking positive changes and little by little you will start feeling improvements and progress. I have been part of this wonderful community for almost 4 years. I was not one of those "miracle 3 months wonder", but I have stayed consistent. Even with ups and downs, and even at times "less than stellar performances," I Kept At It. That PERSISTENCE has been invaluable and has strengthen me in ways I cannot describe. It is hard to change everything at the same time. Keep in mind that as you progress, you will feel the need to modify or 'fine tune' certain aspects of your Life (i.e. nutrition, exercise, habits). It is all part of a Magnificent Journey. Its all about LOVE my friend = Loving your self and treating yourself right because you are WORTH IT. Loving others, because they may benefit from your experience and support. SO KEEP AT IT and don't hesitate to reach out. Energized Hugs - Yoly

Hi Miguel likewise it was good to hear your voice as well. You are going the right way. The plan - simple but not easy. A clear vision of what you want helps everything. All the best Chac! ~ david
Thought you might like a little hello from your Aussie friend. Which translates to a big G'DAY!!!!! Hope you are having a great week. ~ Love Sonya
Glad to hear you found out what is going on with your liver and are taking control!!! I believe in you!!! Keep us all updated as you move forward!!!Gratefully,Eric
Odd isn't it about memory. I can remember 5th grade so clearly but can't remember the word for a simple thing like a microwave (I called it the "Fallingy" the other day. Luckily my son speaks "Skittish"). ^^
Chac sending healing. *hugs* Spot-on clean eating builds health faster than any medicine. Actually the Father of Medicine knew that: "Let your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food." Odd that medical schools don't include nutrition classes. We have to educate ourselves. One day at a time, we can do this and gift our bodies with health. Here for you. *hugs* Micky
Great to hear your voice again tonight Miguel!!!! Best of all to you!!!! Lovin Life-Mick

Hi Miguel just dropped in to see how the lifting the fork is going for you. I am sure that if you stay mindful you will lose weight even while you rest from your injuries.Drop by old friend when the chance presents itself and tell my how the "lifting" is going ~ david
