I am here because I am inspired by all of you! Your dedication, your love, your support... inspires me to be the best woman I can be. I learn so much from each of you and it gives me the inspiration to try harder, to love more, to live fuller, to be the best friend, best mother, the best sister, best partner, the best daughter...the best person that I can be. Discovering the true purpose of my life, utilizing my full potential, and being in sync with my spirit and soul. Letting go of ego, judgment, and fear, and really living life at the authentic self level...which, to me, is love and compassion for myself and others.

My Goals

To stay healthy and happy throughout my life, and to be deeply loving and patient toward others and also myself as I work hard to get back into an even better place (mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually) after just having my beautiful baby girl, Keani, which was such a transformation (in so many ways) of its own. And to also send love, encouragement and support to all of you through your transformations because I know YOU CAN DO IT! And lastly, to run the half marathon in Dallas!

My Intentions

My intention is to help the world become healthier, more kind, and more alive with happiness and love. To do my part, I am embodying those qualities within my Self.
