I Am

Faith, hope and love from inside of us is what gives us the strength to make a successful transformation. I believe that without these three components, we will never achieve as much as we are meant to.

We All Win The Challenge

Here is my answer to Bills question about my 2 positive changes lately. CHANGE #1: Yesterday evening, I was faced with a sudden earth shaking emergency in my family. I let off steam, but I didn't eat over it. I was exhausted this morning, and I could have easily skipped my 6:00 a.m. workout with my trainer. But I made the decision/choice to go and I worked harder than I had planned. I took out my emotions and frustrations on the weights instead of eating crazy food or just sleeping things off. I reached new levels today! I am so glad I pushed through my obstacles! CHANGE #2: I made the realization today that some obstacles thrown into our lives give us the opportunity to move to a higher level of faith and actually may detour us onto a better road to success. This does not make the situation any better, but I am learning to let go and let God take control. I am learning to dial down and let peace and positive thoughts fill my soul. It's ok to be emotional and express anger, but then you must let it all go. I feel so much freedom in my heart and soul. I can sleep well tonight with a peace that passes understanding. Cheryl

Hello: It's 1:15 a.m. and I just entered the new challenge.    I need a lot of help.  I have 70 pounds to lose and I am having a real tough time physically (metabolic resistance), emotionally and spiritually.  My goal is to get as much of this weight (mostly belly fat) off by the Tennessee Champions weekend in October.  It's crutial as I have Diabetes type II and I need to get it into control.   I am tired of injecting insulin everyday.   I believe that I can get rid of the Diabetes if I can just get down under 200 lbs.    I hope  with all my heart that I can win this battle.

To me, Transformation Means

Changing from the inside out. I believe every transformation begins with taking inventory of yourself. Then you have to be willing to let go of any junk you find. Sometimes thats hard. But once you do, you are free to become your best in every aspect. Spiritually, mentally and physically.

My Goals

My goal is to become stronger in spirit, more focused in mind and physically fit. My goal is to lose 65 lbs. of fat, gain physical strength and most importantly, it will allow me to enter a new demension in my life.

My Intentions

To transform into a strong, healthy, happy person so I can help others in need to achieve their best as well.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

I would like to inspire people who are down and out and have great physical limitations or illness.
