Hi! My name is Christin. I'm 28 and live in NorCal. I have been happily married for almost 8 years and just graduated college. I was overweight when I started college, but after 4 years of intense stress, I'm heavier than I ever have been before. During the next year, I am applying to pharmacy school and taking control of my health once again. I've done BFL once with very good results so I plan on using this program to reach my new goals as well.

To me, Transformation Means

That the person I am on the inside and the person I am on the outside can finally match.

My Goals

To enjoy shopping again, to start running, to eventually complete a triathlon, to be an overall more energetic person, to be a good role model for my future children and to be that hottie that used to make my husband's jaw drop once again.

My Intentions

I'd like to get down to a much healthier weight, increase my lean muscle mass and decrease my body fat.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

I hope to inspire my husband, who is also undergoing his own transformation. I'd also like to inspire my friends, who have let their health slide as well.
