Finally did it!

Week 10 Progress

I have to admit, this was the worst week I had since I started this Transformation as far as my physical . I am hardly ever sick, I got a head cold this week that was a doozy. Kind of dissapointed that it took me all week to lose my Free Day weight from last week.
