I have to admit, this was the worst week I had since I started this Transformation as far as my physical . I am hardly ever sick, I got a head cold this week that was a doozy. Other "female" problems seriously limited my workouts. My eating was GREAT. I hope to hit it harder this week then I have so far and get myself back up to speed. Kind of dissapointed that it took me all week to lose my Free Day weight from last week. But it is gone again and I maintained the 4 lb. loss plus another lb.
