I am a 46 year old married father of 6 great kids. I am a child of God.I am a computer guy that has become very sedentary in the career I am in and in my personal life. I am at a point in my life where I need to make a BIG change in my physical being to match my spiritual happiness. I have some hard goals to set and reach but feel I am at a point in my life where I can commit and deliver.I need a community of friends to help me see things from a different perspective and I believe that Bill and his friends are those people.I believe in helping others and sharing love and knowledge while others do the same to support me.I pray this journey begins today and never stops for me.

To me, Transformation Means
Changing the entire direction or form of A current state. My direction was very unclear and now it has become more clear. my spiritual life was dormant and now it is alive.my health was declining because of a lackluster approach to nutrition and exercise choices.my relationships were stale because of my lack of spontaneity.I have looked at my view of the total package I have to offer others and it is a Big empty package that needs to be changed. ***************************************

My Goals
1.Change my nutrition and track changes 2.Document what I am doing to see what works best for me. 3.Work on relationships with every opportunity I have to interact with others. 4. Build healthy choices into my life so that the others I love begin to see the benefits and become healthier also. 5.Be a good role model for my kids to be proud of or at least see that it is never too late to change and to never give up.
My Intentions
Start slow to avoid injury and work into a more challenging routine with every sunrise. Enjoy the flavors of smaller portions and not quantity of bland food. Make this one count on small goals as I reach them I will celebrate them with a new goal. Encourage others as I am sure they will encourage me. Enjoy the journey to wellness. Thank our Father for every triumph.

YOUR goat friend is not my goat friend... LOL!!! I'm nursing a sprained ankle because of her. Well, it was my fault, I let her "get my goat." They leave Saturday for a month! Hi Dave. How's it going. It's been awhile since we've visited. Lots has happened in the past month including pulling a muscle in my lower back. After the muscle pull I underwent 6 ultra sound treatments in an effort to speed my recovery. After a week laying horizontal and two weeks of no physical activity I took a chi running lesson and just ran a 10 mile race (less than three weeks after pulling the muscle). I'm injury free and full of life for the final two weeks of my 18 week transformation. Steve
