I Am
One of God’s kids who had been swimming upstream off and on until the age of 42. Swimming upstream would be trying to do things “Stoney’s” way, which led most of the time to much self induced misery. Being one of God’s kids, He never stopped loving me nor did He give up on me. Today at 45 I’m living the best years of my life completely free of all mind altering substances, and a solid relationship with God which grows daily. I can’t tell you the number times I have failed or the number of bad decisions made over the years, but I will tell you I have no regrets about my past, only that it’s made me very humble and brought out my passion in life which is being a giver, an encourager, and motivator.

A change not only in appearance but more important a change on the inside which reveals itself in many forms from having a new inner peace, happiness, self-confidence, Spiritual self-esteem, poise, and more compassion for myself and others.
My Goals
Today my life is an organized one with a routine which includes putting my Spiritual life first and having nothing come before God. Everything I’m learning in my Spiritual life is enabling me to be spiritually self -sustaining and therefore I’m able to help even more and be of service to others who may be swimming upstream in their own journey in life.

Anyone who is just “surviving” to live rather than enjoying a healthy and happy life. It only takes a little willingness to want to make that change from surviving to living again.

Hey I was coming by to say hello but Baby Reggie is butting in and asking for another bone! What a little nudge he is! Sending you a gigantic hug from my heart to yours as guess what????? No you got to GUESS ! Ok I will tell you...it is my LAST WEEK ! YES I am only 6 DAYS away from actually COMPLETEING MY CHALLENGE! For ME it seems this challenge was more like a yr than 18 weeks but in another way it was since 1999 and HUNDREDS of TRIES...But guess what..I am DOING IT! I am not done yet ,I will come back when I am and tell you,then you can star jump with me..but PLEASE have Baby Reggies bone as hew is a royal pain in the butt!
