I went through Bill Phillips BFL Transformation back in the year 2000 and my life was transformed from that moment on. I gained an inner strength that gave me the confidence to change my life and develop the characteristics of a champion. I care about helping the lives of everyone I meet every new day of my life. It's a challenge in today's tough environment, but nobody said it would be easy. My family & friends comes first and my relationship with the Almighty Creator of the Universe gives me the strength to carry on and be the best person I can be!

To me, Transformation Means
The Transofrmation is so much more than just improving one's physical appearance...it's about taking control of your life.Transformation means stepping out of your comfort zone. To develop a new energetic & positive attitude will help you overcome your fears and turn adversity into something positive. Transformation will harnesses the power of positive pressure to achieve great things!
My Goals
At this point I want to take my transformation to higher ground. I've never accomplished that six pack abs I've always dreamed of...I want to become friends, once again, with DISCIPLINE. I want to get my Body Fat down to 17%. I want to strengthen my legs for surfing, and increase my endurance for paddling long distance in the ocean. I want to keep up with my husband who is a pretty amazing surfer. I want to become "one of the guys" no whining, and this transformation is going to do it...I can feel it!
My Intentions
In these troubled times everyone needs encouragement...I want to step into the "Warrior Woman" fighting for truth, spreading the message of hope and I can't do that unless I begin with myself. Actions speak louder than words. Life's greatest achievement is the continual re-making of yourself so that at last you know how to live!
Who I'd Like to Inspire
Love is sharing a part of yourself with others. I would love to inspire anyone who is in need....and I feel we all need it.
