Well Day 2 in the books. Hit a little road block but will come back from it. Yesterday was such a good day with finally working out, then today we ended up putting one of our dogs down. She is in a much better place right now, that i am sure of. So tomorrow will be another workout day and will be back on track. Hope everyone elses day went well.

Great to see your new profile picture, John! So happy to put your name with a face! I think eating is the hardest part as well. Temptations abound and it takes a lot of work and planning. If you don't have Bill's Eating for Life book, I strongly recommend it. He lays it all out in a very accessible way. Then you "just" have to execute it! (The hard part, I know). Happy to help in any way if I can! Make yourself at home and take good care, Heather

I want to thank everyone for the wonderful comments , welcoming, and support. I can tell that this is more like a family than just a board to post comments on. I think the toughest part for me is going to be the eating. I must say i am very picky with eating and it is tough for me to put meals together. I am so used to eating on the go. I will be checking out the recipes on here and hopefully i can put some of those together. Well again thank you for the support and i look forward to getting to know all of you better as the time goes on. John

Welcome to t.com, friend! And THRILLED to find you in our little support group! I would have been on the welcome wagon sooner, but been traveling to stand up in a friend's wedding. Hope you are happy and well and off to a brilliant start! All the very best on your transformation, Heather
