Any travelers out there?
I am starting the BFL program today- I travel constantly for work on the plane and by driving.Is there any charts or liturature that you'all have that can help me with my eating habits and meals while out on the road?I stay in hotels with no stove or refridge so it is hard to cook..

Welcome! You look beautiful. Your going for the "change" transformation challenge are you? Total mind, body and soul? On your looks alone you'll be a total knock out even more so. Go from good to great as they say! Better to your best! Are you technically a single mom? I feel that way myself sometimes. I am a mother of 3 beautiful children ages 7,6, and 5. My last baby was 12lbs 2 oz and I am finally getting around to ME. Putting in some time for myself these past few months has been such the challenge along with many others in my life.
