Here I am yet again, funny how I write a blog and yet never start the program.. Why is this? I am pretty sure that this is my 20th attempt to change my lifestyle and health, yet I have never even worked out or set up a meal plan.... I am very disapointed in myself, and this time it is different. I quit smoking 30 days ago, and have gained 10 lbs doing so.... 10 lbs in addition to the 50lbs I wanted to lose from the start....
