I Am
A military wife and mother of 2 kids under 3 who has been inspired by Bill Phillips for years. I am well on my way to inspiring other women nad showing them that having children does not mean an end to your health, happiness, and waistline. I'm also eternally grateful to Bill for all he's done for my family. I just accepted the Transformation Challenge. Ready to examine myself not only in the mirror, but on a more personal level and make right with the parts of myself that are still holding me back from being my personal best.

To me, Transformation Means
Transformation is not just about transforming your body, but about transforming your mind, your attitude, your self confidence and your life. Transformation simply means the change needed to be the best person you can be.
My Goals
Just finished my own 12-week Body-for-Life transformation on May 31st, 2008. I will be starting another 12 weeks of Bill's new Transformation challenge. My goals are to find a career that allows me to help other people, eventually. I would like to get into peak physical condition because I FEEL more confident when I am. I would like to become a certified personal trainer or a novelist...or both. Who says I can't do it all?
My Intentions
To be here to support others and be supported by others. Everyone needs support sometimes no matter if you're Bill Phillips, himself, or someone who has no idea what transformation is all about. I'm a gratuitous hug-giver. :-)
Who I'd Like to Inspire
EVERYONE! I can't say I've been in everyone's shoes, but I am a great empathizer (is that even a word?). The shoes I walk in are the shoes of a mother who has had two babies back-to-back and thought "I'm a mom now, I'm just going to be fat. End of story". It doesn't have to be that way and it makes me sad to see so many women who give in before reaching their full potential.
