Transitioning my body from Point A to Point B takes time. When I started off  back on March 4th, my weight was at 284 lbs. I have become lighter and leaner and curently down between 249-251 lbs. I have found a visual photo that I meditate on each day and visually create that image

To me, Transformation Means

Changing the whole person to become healthier, happier, lighter, and more energized and aware.

My Goals

I Spencer Cassler will complete Bill Phillips Transformation 12 Week Spring Forward Challenge from March 5th to May 26th, 2012 and accomplish the following goals:

1. Body Weight: Down to 224 lbs

2. HDL Cholesterol: 40mg/dL
3. Total Cholesterol to HDL ratio: Below 4
4. Triglycerides: Less than 150 mg/dl
5. Fasting Glucose: Less than 100 mg/dL
6. Blood Pressure: Less than 120/80
7. Bench Press 225 lbs 6-8 times
8. Pants size waist 34"-36"
9. Body Fat below 15%
10. Sign up for a June 5k or 10k run to celebrate my 12 week transformation
11.Receive a Transformation bronze medal, an awesome blue Team Transformation workout T-shirt and a certificate of Achievement and Recognition.
12. To be named the 2012 Fitness Category Champion in the Spring Forward Challenge.

My Intentions

-To be healthier, stronger, faster, more flexible, and powerful.
-To reverse the aging process and look 20 years younger.
-To prevent myself from premature death from chronic diseases such as stroke, heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and Alzheimer.
-To sustain a healthy weight and to get and keep my body fat percentage below double digits by following Bill Phillips Right Recipe and Exercise-Rx programs.
