Description: In my mind, the most effective thing to do when working any muscle group is to exercise the muscle or muscle groups using different machines, free weights or manual bodyweight lifting methods, so that you feel the ultimate stimulation for the muscle or muscle group (s) worked at the moment. It's ok at times even to backtrack & perform a particular exercise already worked, so that you keep muscle growth "tricked" into overcoming any potential muscle building plateaus :-)
