I Am
A strong minded individual who prides himself on bringing the highest integrity to every situation. I am invested in family and bringing those relationships into balance. My wife and my children are my world. It is important that I BE the example and I achieve that by practicing what I preach :)
My PROFILE PIC: Is symbolic of the three levels of The Self. My Higher Self (superconscious) is watching over all. My Middle Self (conscious) is facing my lower (subconscious).
I AM greater than what is perceived.

To me, Transformation Means
Taking everything from the internal you to the external you and polishing that. It is all about cleansing and growth, constantly completing cycles of change, to become greater than our imagination.
Transformation is about finding the courage to face who you truly are and creating change where it is needed, to birth a better you. Part of this growth is learning to see with the eyes of your higher self as well as using discernment of what is perceived in the physical.
My Goals
To achieve the best health I have ever had. To be better than yesterday :) 1) Reduce body fat to 11% 2) Build lean muscle mass 3) Define larger muscle mass 4) Develop definition in my legs.
My Intentions
To stay focused and not succumb to the temptations of eating all the wonderful foods that are out in the world. Nabiyah and I LOVEEEEEEEE Sushi and "All" Seafood!! As you can see I love to laugh. Seriously though... I intend to reach all my goals and hopefully encourage someone else to reach theirs.
My highest intention is to be a conscious participator in the walk of my life and to be in a constant state of awareness of the Eternal Flame that burns within me, reminding me that I am not alone... The light shineth in the darkness, but the darkness comprehendeth it not~ (John 1:5) ~ The Kingdom Is Within! (Luke 17:21)

Who I'd Like to Inspire
My family to become better and to have fun while we are working together to become stronger individually and as a group. 
I would also like to inspire anyone that comes across my path, helping them to realize that the journey is a road of endless possibilities.
