Moving from one state of "being" and level of consciousness to a whole new level of "living" and "Being" Finally changing from the inside out, Living your inner self on a conscious level.

I will put first things first
I will show my wife and my children that they are the most precious things to me.
I will reclaim a feeling of self worth
I will abandon the need for validation
I will remain Humble
