To me, Transformation Means
Moving from one state of being and level of consciousness to a whole new level of "living" and "Being" Finally changing from the inside out, Living your inner self on a conscious level. Changing my body in such a way that I am happy and proud to look in the mirror. Having a feeling of accomplishment by setting and attaining goals.
My Goals
As far as my physical goals are I think its to end up around 168 lbs and 92% lean muscle mass. 8% body fat 100% heart I realise if I don't shoot for a goal that seems unattainable I'll never know how far I can really get, so I m going for it al the way! Why? To prove to myself I can. To live healthy and to lead and inspire others to follow.
