Gym Time - Lesson learned - always go with a plan of action
2010-01-27Great to be getting back on it!
So this was my first day back in the gym. I was a bit nervous and I will admit a total downfall in planning. I DID NOT go to the gym with a plan. Come on I ve done this before right? I know what to do? YEah right! As the old addage goes if you fail to plan you plan to fail. One thing I have always noticed about "why" People succeed with a detailed plan like Bill's. I always go to the fym with a plan of action, that way I know what I am doing, I know what do expect and I can get in and do my thing, work hard and be done. Tonight I was like one of the people I usually see, Sure, I got in a good workout but it wasn't great, I didn't have a clear cut simple plan.
Lesson Learned!
I will not go to the gym again without a plan. The workout still felt good and I am sure I'll be sore and all but massive results happen with well defined goals, a well defined plan, and massive action.
It feels fantastic to be putting it all together again though, I have my menu, my food, my Right shakes, I will craft a better work out routine and get my assignments going.
I wish you all a great week!
yours in Transformation,
Dude,

Paul, I did the exact same thing the first day back in the gym!!! Lesson learned for sure! AND I did that with my eating the first week back too. Lesson learned! I've now got a tracking program to keep me honest with my food. Keep it up! ~Kat
