Reflections on a Great Weekend
Reaper came to visit...Not the grim reaper, but Gary. Home from Iraq. We had a great time just visiting and talking about life. To be around a man who protects my freedom and is so humble about it is awe inspiring. I can tell you that I have been rejuvinated and refreshed by his presence...
We went to a baseball game and I don't think either of us watched much of it. We missed a lot of plays while we were talking. We talked about t.com and the people on the site. We talked about Iraq and all the things we don't see here in the States. We spent time just savouring life and lifting each other up. And oh yea...Gary is one strong dude in the gym...
Transformation is all about making a difference in other people's lives. Gary sure made a difference in mine. My life has gotten a jump start this weekend and I am blessed to have been able to spend time with a warrior that protects my freedoms from a bended knee....
Thanks again Gary. You are indeed our hero...
