My Goals
350lbs to 150lbs I would like to reduce my body fat to at least 20% or less. 1st 12 weeks: Loose 75lbs fat, Gain 10lbs muscle, and drop 20% body fat.
My Intentions
I know G~d has given me so much in life. I want to pay it forward by going to Africa. Helping those in tribal life get fresh water and hope for their people! There are now hundred of thousands of orphan children due to AIDS and wars in Africa
Who I'd Like to Inspire
To all those wounded spirits out there. To all those who have been in hell and high water and came out the other side. To those who can laugh at satan's destruction and know how to give him the 'bird'.
Hi Exotic Empress...thanks for your comment in the photo section of my site... A lifetime ago i played soccer in Colorado Springs.... I was at CU playing against the Air Force Academy in their stadium.. Well, ya see i was kind of a slow fullback but my coach would tell me to go out there and "show them how to get rabid".. I was kinda wild on the field and was all over the opposing forwards and slide tackling them .....legally and sending some flying... Soon the cadets in the stand were rooting for me... Ya see...i never let lack of talent bother me.. By the way soon i may have my first paid gig after 43 years in music... Seems it's time i learned to read and write music....Got a new teacher.. he can hit me with a stick and give me a hard time...but i think he teaches becuase he's not very good.. Well ya see these guys at a jazz club tell me not to learn to read music...and it will only slow me down...however... they are going on tour and as i said i never did have a paid gig... Ok..ok i had no idea what to say .....i have not met an exotic empress before.... Well, there are some women here who drive down the road like Cleopatra down the nile but ....i haven't met an exotic empress.. Well, ya see since i have posted on my BFL site for 8 years straight it seems i have a right to say something.... Ya see i am not an advice guy becuase i'm wrong quite often... Well, i just put in some photos of Powerhouse Gym Honolulu on my site.. Jeez, some of these guys have been very serious for a few decades straight.. Did i mention my ladyfriend is a master at Kung Fu and can probably beat me up? Now ya see this is what we call "talking story" in Hawaii... Just wanted to say thanks for dropping by and i put up some more photos.. Ya see i am not an "advice guy" so i really don't have anything to say... However tomorrow i can go to the gym and say i wrote to an emperess in Colorado... Ya know most of my friends haven't seen snow and one asked me... "Where's Colorado, by Europe?" Now....i'd like to say sumptin...I am soooo glad you care about people across the world in Africa and serious diseases that plague our planet.. Jeez...i am happy to eat 3 or 6 times a day and not suffer like soooo many do.. I am sooo thankfull to have what i need.... Best wishes on your goals and hope to get to know you... WELCOME!!!!! You will LOVE it here! My 2nd father worked and lived in Colorado Springs and I visited once when I was around 17 yrs old..it was HEAVEN ON EARTH!!!!!!!!!!! VERY VERY PEACEFUL & BEAUTIFUL!! I drove though MANY MANY miles as he owned a stick shift & I drove like to a airport BEFORE I could actually turn around!!!LOLOLOL...Hugs of support,Laura
