Kelli and I have been talking about all of the ups and downs we have had in our running training and it sounds like you are in experiencing the same thing :) Enjoy the accomplishment, you deserve it. BTW, Kelli and I both started out doing the same trianing routine you are using and it really does work. Stick with it!
