You speaks Swedish :) When you get here next time we must meet, go to the gym or do something else fun :) I went to the States as an au-pair as well when I was 17, I just loved it! I lived in Florida and I really liked the warm weather, a huge different from here :) I always wanted to go back anywhere in the states and stay for some more years, but life kind of got in the way :) Maybe I will in the future :) Where in Sweden did you spend your vacations as a child? Hi, Stoney!!! I am sitting here struggling with my profile - not with the contents, but with the site itself. I looked up Germany and found a member from Hamburg, close to my hometown. I sent her a message in German, but somehow I must have done something wrong. It seems to be stuck in cyberspace...ha-ha. Bare with me, I have to figure this site out in spurts! on the continuous search for improvement in my life in order to be the happy, healthy person I want and deserve to be. Having lost my mother at an early age to diseases, that in my humble opinion were caused by unhappiness, depression and emotional stress in her life, I am determined not to fall victim to it myself. My life is too precious and many people and animals are depending on me staying positive and healthy.

To me, Transformation Means
as the site in itself, the vehicle that brought my son back from the deepest pit of self abuse. I will forever be grateful! The power of being part of a positive community is priceless. Transformation starts in the mind.
My Goals
are to combat negative thoughts with self acceptance. I believe that many diseases are caused by stress, and all stress is caused by negative thoughts. I will not let myself get sick again. (more about that in my blog) I will also keep my body clean from environmental poisons. That means I will not only be aware of what I put IN my body, but also what I put ON my body.
My Intentions
are to give my self daily pep talks, whether I am in negative or positive surroundings. Hmmm, isn't that how Olympic athlete's minds work? I always wonder what they say when you see them mumble to themselves at the start line. Probably nothing negative, I imagine. Happy people attract other happy people. If I can't stay happy how can I help anybody else?
Who I'd Like to Inspire
are my two children. I want them to always know that inner strength is the most valuable tool you can possess. You can hook it onto the scruff of your neck and pull yourself out of the deepest abyss.
