Thanks - I sure plan to . . . speaking of energy - I'm sure you need a bunch with that crew of yours . . . and what a wonderful example you set for them in eating clean and keeping up that amazing body of yours. I have never blogged much before, and it's taking some getting used to - but I'm finding I have a family I never knew I had . . . and for that I am grateful.
