I Am

I am a father of 2 and a step-father of 4 more. I try to live my life for my family and friends, and I try to be the best I can be every day.

My Favorite Charity

AMVETS (or any military related charity)

To me, Transformation Means

A complete 180 from a life of boredom and stagnate unfulfillment to a life of abundant opportunity and energy.

My Goals

To lose 40 lbs of fat, gain 15lbs of muscle .

My Intentions

To realize my true potential through the processes of goal setting and commitment.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

I would like to inspire my children. I was already divorced once by the time I was 19 and even though I had custody of my oldest son, I started to develop bad habits because of depression and anger. Eating made me feel better. After my second divorce at 26, I started having the "it's gotta be me" thoughts and self doubt was the cornerstone of my life. Now I'm happily married to a woman that sees the potential in me to become great and she tells me every day that I need to own my life, not just live it. I see that I can become so much more. I now have custody of both of my sons and I want to show them that through diligence and perserverance, you can acheive anything you set your mind to.
