I am a mother of 3 amazing children whom I am so very proud of.. A very proud wife to my partner and Transformation Champ Shane! To whom I owe a big Thank You for inspiring me through his hard work to make my own transformation. :)

To me, Transformation Means

Transforming from the inside out. Making connections with our spiritual side and using the power we recieve through being spiritually in tune to make the changes and having the belief that we deserve to look and feel the best.

My Goals

To lose 60 lbs by Nov and have my body in the best shape of my life by March when I get to go to Hawaii and run on the beach with transformation champs! I want to become closer with my Father in heaven and have a glow about me that everyone I come in contact with can feel and see and I can share my story...

My Intentions

To work hard, be dedicated, and committed to transforming my mind, body and spirit.. I want to help make a difference in this world for others who need or desire to make life changes!
