I am an almost 50 year young Grandmother. I have just recently started classes to become a Personal Trainer.
I have only had one class and I know that I will love this.
I am Canadian and I have been involved with BFL since 2002. I enjoy the healthy life and love to share with anyone who will listen.

My Goals
S specific, in 16 weeks,
M measurable,I want to lose 20 #'s of fat.
A attainable, enough training time
R realistic, yes, not losing fat too fast
T time,lots of time to get the job done
My Intentions
I intend to start with the BFL programme and continue with it till such time that I feel good about myself, and I am a healthier person.
Also to become a personal trainer and get a job in a good Gym.
Who I'd Like to Inspire
My whole family. Also some friends. most of my friends are already on their way to better health with BFL.
