I Am
My husband and I began our Body for LIFE journey in February of 2006 and it has truly changed our lives. We couldn't enter an official challenge because David works for Abbott, who now has the rights to Body for LIFE. Our motivation, therefore, really had to come from within. We realized that even though we can "officially" enter this challenge, whether we win or lose, we KNOW that we will be transformed in awesome ways. We have absolutely nothing to lose and so much to gain. Right now, my journey is really building some character in me. I am going to see an oncologist on the 31st of December concerning abnormal bone marrow. I am scared, yes, but I do realize that this is all part of my journey, and that despite pain and unanswered questions, I am being transformed.

To show others, like the people below in the video, that they too can experience a transformation...the door is open to all that want to pass through.
To be active thinkers AND doers. To not wait and see if transformation happens to us, but to be intentional in all we do and say. To be led by God's word.
I am inspired by Mary. She was strong in body and mind.
Our daughters, our families, our co-workers, the stranger. To offer compassion and aintentional loving kindness to all.
