With Christmas just 5 days away & the New Year approaching, it is a new chance to take an evaluation of your life, the things that are important to you; things like your family, your health & your soul. To me, I am already taking evaluation of these things because God spared my son’s life last week when he was being a Good Samaritan and then the man turned on my son...You can read about it at the blog on my profile. Life is short, yet we can make the best of all the time we have on this earth. There is so much good in the world & especially in this community....let us not lose sight of encouragement we can give to one another through this journey. I have not been on here as much as I have wanted to be due to a LOT going on in my life. I just worked 12 days straight but I am so grateful for a job...another blessing sent my way this year. As you look back over 2010...and look ahead to 2011...May your TRANSFORMATION Journey be the best it could ever be...and as you are transforming on the inside and out...may you remember that life is a GIFT....to be treasured every second of every day ~ Remember I treasure “YOU” TODAY =). Love & hugs ~ Trisha

I hope your last month has been a good one & that going into the Holiday season it will be one of the most inspiring times of the year for you. I just want to take the time to say "I truly hope you are doing good on your transformation journey, whether you are at the beginning, middle or end"...it is a journey...and one that can not be treated lightly. I know I have not been around to encourage most of my friends here on t.com and for that I apologize. Upon returning from Denver on Oct 19th, I began a new job on Oct 21st.(new jobs are always exhausting while learning everything) as well as I have been dealing with my thrown out back (some good days & some bad)...but either way I wanted to stop by to say "hello" to all my t.com friends. I have missed being online like I use to but I am so grateful to have a job in this economy. I want you to know that I just stopped by because "I was thinking about you"...and although this is a group message...I want you to know I came by your profile page. We can not do this on our own~ we need one another, the encouragement, the advice, the motivation, etc. We all need to just stop long enough to breath and say " YOU MATTER to ME =)." May your holidays and weeks ahead be some of the best days of your lives and although I might not always be on here...know I am thinking about you, and that I do care even if you do not see me on here much. Hugs =) Trisha

Amanda, life is jammed packed, but I have found that by fitting T.com into my schedule it makes everything else fall into place a bit better. I would try to complete Assignment 1 to get back on track and know exactly were you are starting from and know where you are headed. If you are able to plan your meals again, that will help when the emotions start to try to interfere with your progress. Stay strong. You CAN do it! Let me know if I can help you in any way. Hugs! Liz

Hang in there, kiddo! Life can seem overwhelming, and adding one more thing can feel like too much. But even a few moments of exercise - 20 crunches, or a walk around the block - can make a difference in how you feel. No one has ever done this challenge perfectly, so cut yourself some slack, and keep moving. I still struggle sometimes, too, but I know that it is so worth doing. Have a great day! -- Robin

Amanda - I just wanted to let you know that you can do this! I know you have SO much going on right now, but this is worth the time it takes - it will truly reveal to you what is most important to keep and how to weed out the rest. YOU are worth it! I'm here for you if you ever need anything! ~jen :)(:

Amanda, thank you so much for the friend request. I am looking forward to seeing you in Denver. How is your transformation going. I am on assignment #11 and making slow but sure progress. Why are you overwhelmed? Anything I can do to help? Sometimes it just helps to write it down and share it with the community or talk about it. Let me know if I can help. Pushing forward with you my friend.~Cathy

Amanda I read your post in Mellies today. It is really unclear to me as to why you are stressed out! j/k On your schedule I'd be visiting, rather I'd be admitted to the nut house. Please release some of the pressure. Take it from me, I am in & out of groups & the love is always there when I return. Even if you just stop in a day or two a week, whatever you have to offer is fine. We all have lives outside of t-com. You obviously have a better one than me. lol!, as I am always on here when I'm home. Sherri
