Thanks everyone for checking on me....been difficult here lately. Dealing with thyroid issues and the flu on top of that. All of us have had it!! We didn't get to go to Dallas because of it!! So sick over that! Well....there it is...LIFE!! Tomorrow off to another Dr. for my thyroid....hopefully on my way to recovery and GREAT HEALTH. Love you all!!!!

Hey Teri, I wanted to check on you sweetheart. Just read in Penny’s group that you have been experiencing some medical issues. I’m so sorry to hear. I love that extra-virgin coconut oil – it has so many amazing uses! I’m thinking of you and keeping you in my prayers. Andy’s marathon time was great for his first one and after being sick. Congratulations to him! I’m glad to hear you are still coming to Dallas. I can’t wait!
