I Am
MaryAnn,... a woman who has reached 45 years of experience and desperately wants MORE from the next 45!! I am newly energized and excited about life again. Thanks to this Challenge and the opportunity to break some old lingering belief systems that were built on lies and misunderstandings. WOW!! To me, Transformation Means
connecting the inner me to the outer me...making what my head knows and what my heart knows one and the same...to be true to who i am created to be...healthy and vibrant and relational!! My time spent on my transformation assignments and challenge have helped greatly in joining head with heart.
I LOVE what its doing to me!
My Goals
to lose the fat, flabbiness and gain muscle to gain discipline and self control to finish the challenge to show myself that i CAN finish and achieve something great for myself. (did that...doing it again!) i am well on my way to losing about 15 pounds of bodyfat and gain lean muscle..reducing clothing sizes. I am in process of refining who i am and who i would like to become for the next 45 years of this life. i am in process of finding the joys of sweat and disciplined nutrition. A new goal is to encourage people every day...at least one person should feel better about their life and their day because of something that i can pour into them.

to be able to get in a fitness and health lifestyle so that i can climb a mountain or go on safari with my upcoming grandbaby when he graduates from high school...to dance with him/her on their wedding day...and hold his children and tell 'em stories! and repeat it over and over for as many grandbabies as we get!

my husband...(he's doing it!) ...
my children...
the people that i know that wrongly believe they can't change...midlife people who think life is almost over....
and...by doing this consistently..i inspire MYSELF to do it again...and again...each day of MY NEW LIFE...WAHOOO!!
...i like to spread joy and smiles to just about everyone i come in contact with...its who i am!

I thinks your avatar is great!! I am new to transformation website and don't have one yet. However I have completed my first BFL challenge and lost 21 lbs I can see defintion but don't really have the tone I would like. I have entered the transformation challenge and WILL finish!!
