Week 6 of the Challenge

Update Week 4

1 Down, 2 To Go!

Week 3 Almost down - Photo's Taken

Ok, so week 3 isn't quite over yet, but I have been anxiously awaiting this time to take pictures of myself.... Well this week was a very challenging week; I had to travel to the midwest and visit with a couple of my customers.  I don't know how Bill Phillips does it, but flying on a plane for basically the whole day, makes it very difficult to follow your meal plan.  I planned on having a little bit more time between connecting flights so that I could have a shake, that didn't happen....
