I'm a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a living-it Christian, a sign language interpreter, a financial coach, a teacher, a listener, a not-gonna-sit-back-and-let-life-just-happen-to-me-anymore person.

Choosing to make a change. Facing your fears, your difficulties, your "don't really wanna"s, your "I'm okay where I am"s, and admitting to yourself - and then others - that something different needs to happen.
My Goals
Someone told me I could get down to 140-145 pounds and I didn't believe it. I want to prove to myself that she's right. I want to jiggle less and be a whole lot healthier.
My Intentions
My intentions are not to quit. Even if I'm sitting on the floor crying during my minute-breaks of lunges, I keep going. Not because my husband or my coach tell me too, but because I CHOOSE to.
Who I'd Like to Inspire
My family - parents & brother. I'm the smallest and healthiest person in my family, but at 5'6" and 175 lbs. that's not a good thing.
