Heather, find that energy. I just read your post in your group. We will all hit these lows in our transformation. Your group is excellent. You make a difference to so many people, but your heart is cluttered. I pray you find the inspiration you need. Remember why you started in the first place. What was your purpose? Keep your head up. Shawn

Are you proud of Canada, or what! The Opening Ceremonies were incredible. My whole family on my mama's side is Canadian, so I spent much of my childhood vacations in Calgary. I love Canada so much, and felt my whole heart growing watching the Olympics! Incredible. Much love, and have a great week! XO Kim

I Am

"God's gift to me is my body and mind, how I take care of it and what I do with it is my gift back to him!"

Round 2:
I AM In the process of changing my profile page as it no longer adequately reflected who I am becoming or how I feel inside. There was nothing here except a shallow I am. Now I am filling in the rest......

When I first signed up for round one I felt so broken inside and consumed with regrets of unfulfilled dreams. I cried myself to sleep many nights. I was going to make a video about myself but I couldn't do that either because I just cried through the words. I felt so broken then. I often had suicidal thoughts and one night took steps toward that. I didn't know who I was, or what my purpose was. All I knew was I was hurt, struggling, void, and lost.....It needed to change!

NOW, I feel so much better. Things are changing! Physical progress had been slow to this point, but there were some emotional revelations....

Now I am more disciplined with my workouts and eating too.

I am in the process of learning what my purpose is and becoming a strong version of my authentic self.
I want my profile to reflect that, so I am learning how to add music, pictures etc to my page so it becomes a fun place to stop by.

I am wishing you success in your personal transformation journey, that you may lead by example for others in your daily life and in your community. Together we will all make a difference in more ways than we can imagine!!!

My Favorite Charity

It is so hard to just choose one!

To me, Transformation Means

Letting go of issues that bring me down and hold me stagnant.

A revival of my spirit!!

Becoming my best self, physically and emotionally

Expecting more of myself - no longer coasting in mediocrity

Pushing the envelope, going outside my comfort zone, to expand, learn and succeed.

Making the rest of my life, the BEST of my life!!!

My Goals

to no longer have suicidal thougths. (granted)

to let go of regrets and be proud of who I am

to make it to Denver (granted! and what an experience!)

to fit my skinny pants by Denver! (Nope!, so re-direct for Dallas!!)

to discover my true purpose

to become my authentic self and reflect my purpose in my daily life

to strengthen my spiritual relationship and become active in a church

to eventually weigh 130 lbs ( a loss of 92lbs from when I started)

to have visible abs! (even when I was young & fit I never had these!)

to feel and look strong and healthy

to meet Bill Phillips (granted - but no photo, I'll have to do it again!!! lol)

to meet other Champions and members (granted in Denver WOW!!!)

to become a mother (biological, foster or adopt)

to reduce clutter in my life and become more organized

to take on a greater role in the care of my sister and mother

to become more financially stable so my husband can change careers without worry

to go back to school

to follow BFL eating plan and not miss workouts

to learn more about members of the community

to become better focussed and live life with intensity, to create a sense of urgency, so that I am productive each day, rather than wasting the time given to me

My Intentions

to follow BFL/EFL nutritional intake

to workout daily with greater intensity

to participate within this community

to journal this experience

to do the assignments and post them

to blog regularly

to visualize my future goals

to break down those goals into smaller tasks, write them down and tackle them on a daily basis!

to attend church weekly and spiritual readings daily

to research the fostering and adoption processes in my area

to start saving more money

to research the best option of returning to school

to read about members in this community through blogs and posts

to visit, comment on, and encourage members to reach their goals

Who I'd Like to Inspire

my husband ( granted!!! by the blessings of everyone in Denver!!!)

People who have given up hope. I was there, it CAN get better!
