Hi beautiful. Three more days. That doesn't sound too anxious does it? I don't want to come across as being over anxious and give my hand away too soon. I like to play my cards real close to my chest. I think I did pretty good considering. Sending you my love and very best. Everett
Hi again Heather, Do you know the schedule for Dallas? My skills with the computer lacking, How do I find the schedule? I need to know when we can get to the hotel check in and participate in the events. I need to know when I can pick up my packets for the run on Sunday as well. Thanks in advance for the help. Cheryl4u
Hi Heather. Thanks for all the great advice. It seems so easy. I just try to make it harder than it is. I do have a small break through. I was able to go on line last night and buy some concert tickets. It was a great feeling to go through the whole process and not mess up once. Even having to print the tickets. Small steps I know. Much love to you this day and thanks again. Cheryl4u
Heather......39-year-old educator, minister, professional, friend, sister, daughter, wife and child of God. Created in God's own image.
"ENFJ"is my personality type (extroverted; intuitive; feeling; judging) which means: I get energy from people and relationships; I trust my gut implicitly; I try to make decisions with attention to how they will affect others; and I am a planner.
More importantly, I believe: relationships with God, family and friends ground and guide my life; I am called to be a partner and helpmate to my husband; I am called to be a minister and educator to my students; I am called to work for a more just and humane society; and journey always trumps destination.
My faith is rooted in working for justice and equality in the world; however, my most significant religious experiences are those unexpected “moments of grace” when the Spirit helps me to discern with wholehearted clarity—the “I could not do otherwise” moments! Making the decision to GIVE MY WHOLE HEART AND SOUL to the Transformation Challenge 2010 has been my most recent moment of grace.
Although I entered and completed the Body for Life Challenge in 2009, this beautiful community has helped me realize that was just the beginning of my transformation. Feeling emotionally paralyzed after a miscarriage in our first six months of marriage marked a turning point in my life; some might call it "rock bottom." But I did not get to that bottom in six months, nor could I make permanent change in my life seemingly overnight. AND SO, IT BEGINS!

OFFICIAL CHALLENGE DATES:
February 1 - June 7, 2010 JUNE 7, 2010............
Our 2nd Wedding Anniversary!
My Goals
TO FIND OUT WHO I AM.......... ......Physically......Intellectually...... ...................Emotionally................
.........Socially.......Spiritually......... ............AND TO GIVE IT AWAY!
The key for me will be working to dismantle my life-long pattern: ADDICTION TO CHAOS (i.e., over-committed; disorganized; poor time manager; chronically late; and a procrastinator; while all the while still trying to be an "overachiever" and "perfectionist").
(SEE "MY GOALS" BLOG FOR DETAILS)
My Intentions
Become the best version of myself!
......healthiest & most loving wife (and someday mother) I can possibly be
......positive role model for my family, friends, colleagues and students
......someone who makes a difference in this community and in the world
Who I'd Like to Inspire
My family, my friends, my colleagues and students, anyone who feels stuck in a "funk" and YOU!
